Make a privacy request

Ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or opt out — whether or not you have a humanizes account. Use the form on this page, or email jakemorris@humanizes.com.

What you can ask for

• Access — what personal data we hold about you, and why.
• A copy — your data in a portable, machine-readable file.
• Correction — fix something we hold that is wrong.
• Deletion — erase the personal data we hold about you.
• Opt out — stop uses of your data that you can opt out of.

How it works

We email a confirmation link to the address on the request. Nothing happens until you open it — that is how we check the request really comes from you, rather than from someone asking us to hand over or delete your data. Once confirmed, we respond within 30 days.

If we cannot grant a request we tell you why, and you can appeal that decision. We respond to appeals within 45 days, and you can complain to your data protection authority at any time.
